Honest limit: the PO file records receipt by date only — 46 of the 50 dated lines carry no received quantity. “Received” here means a date exists, not that a quantity was confirmed. The file’s Warehouse Receiving and Receiving Status columns are blank for all 318 lines, so nothing here is confirmed against Odoo.
Data source of every line: tap a row to see it — PO file (-3), sheet “PO’s Monitoring”, exact Excel row. On-hand stock is from the quants export (main store, location “ICare/مخزن رئيسى”). The Excel workbook carries the same data with a full source register on sheet 4_Data_Source.
